At the risk of making everyone sick from the stories of how sweet my boyfriend is, I've decided to go ahead and do it because, well, it's my blog and I need the world to know how wonderful he is. :)
Our first Valentine's Day together was so very "us." Spontaneous, exciting, funny, and ending in a night of laughing and relaxation, and Dave taking care of me. Of course...of COURSE my body decides it's time to get sick of Valentine's Day. He sent me flowers at work, bought me...(get ready for it..) SNUGGIES, and got me the sweetest card ever. So we went and saw Spamalot which was amazing, and about halfway through I got to the Bridgette whining about being sick. :) I still really enjoyed the show, and instead of going out to dinner after, Dave had the brilliant idea of just picking up dinner and relaxing at the house. While I whined and complained, Dave took amazing care of me and let me fall asleep. This boy doesn't even care that I was snoring because of a stuffy nose, and refuses to stop kissing me even though I'm sick. (I keep telling him he's gonna get sick, but he doesn't seem to want to listen to me.)
Honestly, we were talking about this today and I cannot even remember what it was like before we were dating. It's been like three weeks, and I can't imagine my life without this amazing man by my side. Maybe it's because he always WAS.
I am the luckiest girl on the planet, hands down. I'm starting to feel guilty for feeling SO happy. I've honestly never been this happy in my life.
Shane says we're cute because we go grocery shopping together, but I think I could probably list about a million and a half other reasons why. <3

I'm so happy to hear how happy you are. I think kisses when you're sick are the best ever. No matter how many times you warn them they're going to get sick too (and they usually do) it's nice to know that you're wanted like that.
I smiled the entire time reading this. :)
::thumbs way up::
lol
